Graphic Novel Apostle
Graphic Novel Apostle Mark Ohrenberger embarks upon his mission to share great stories from comics and graphic novels with his friends who don't read comics. Will any become Graphic Novel Disciples? We'll see!
The Graphic Novel Apostle Podcast will focus primarily on comic books and original graphic novels from outside the superhero genre: Crime Noir! Horror! Spy Thrillers! Adventure! Supernatural! Comedy! Westerns! Sci-Fi!
We'll cover stories from publishers like Image Comics, Boom! Studios, Dark Horse Comics, Oni Press, AWA, Aftershock, Mad Cave, and others. And who are we kidding? We'll get into some Marvel and DC books from time to time as well.

Ep. 10: When We Transform, Interview with Tomi Trembath
On this week's episode, GNA host Mark Ohrenberger welcomes Tomi Trembath, a podcaster and first-time comic writer, whose upcoming comic When We Transform: A Superhero Tale of Transition, issue 0, is currently crowdfunding on Kickstarter. Tomi discusses her two podcasts: Giant Size Violence: A Toku Comics Podcast and Transcending Comics, a podcast dedicated to covering trans, non-binary, and gender queer representation in comics, manga, and webtoons. She also discusses combining the subject matter of those two podcasts to tell the story of a superhero who gets stuck in limbo for decades, is long thought to be dead, and returns transformed.
You can find and support the crowdfunding campaign for When We Transform, as well as links to both of Tomi's podcasts, at: https://www.keymastercollective.com/
You can also follow Tomi on Twitter @TomiTrembath and on Instagram @keymastercollective
Let us know what you think. Questions? Comments on the show? Comments on the book we covered? Recommendations for other comic collections or graphic novels?
